Terms of Service

By accessing or using IntegraBridge (the "Service"), operated by LenovateIT Inc("we", "us", "our"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

IntegraBridge analyzes webMethods integration packages you upload and returns documentation, health insights, and migration readiness reports. Optional features include AI-assisted analysis powered by third-party language models.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. We will give reasonable notice of material changes that adversely affect paid customers.

By uploading a package, you represent and warrant that:

• You have the right to upload, analyze, and process the package.
• The package does not contain personal data of third parties for which you lack a lawful basis to process.
• You are not uploading content that violates applicable law or any third-party rights.
• You will not attempt to interfere with the Service, reverse-engineer it, scrape it, or use it to build a competing product.

You are responsible for stripping or sanitizing secrets, credentials, and personal data from packages before upload where practical. Our automated scrubbing (described on the Security page) is defense-in-depth, not a substitute for your own data hygiene.

You retain all rights to packages and content you upload ("Your Content"). We do not claim ownership of Your Content.

You grant us a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to process Your Content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you and producing the analysis you requested. We do not use Your Content to train AI models, and we do not share it with third parties except the subprocessors listed on our Privacy Policy.

The Service is rate-limited per IP address to protect against abuse and runaway cost. Repeated attempts to bypass rate limits or AI cost caps may result in suspension without notice.

You may not use the Service:

• To violate any law or the rights of any person.
• To upload malware, exploits, or content designed to harm any system.
• To benchmark, scrape, or build a competing AI/analysis product.

The Service is currently offered free of charge for evaluation use. Paid plans, if and when introduced, will be subject to separate commercial terms. We reserve the right to introduce free-tier usage limits or transition free users to paid plans on reasonable notice.

The Service, including its software, scoring algorithms, design, and trademarks, is owned by LenovateIT Inc and is protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-transferable, revocable right to use the Service in accordance with these Terms.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

Analysis output (health scores, migration assessments, AI-generated recommendations) is informational. You are responsible for verifying its accuracy and applicability to your environment. Do not rely on it as the sole basis for migration, procurement, or other consequential decisions without independent validation.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LENOVATEIT INC WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

OUR TOTAL CUMULATIVE LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE FEES YOU HAVE PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US$100), WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless LenovateIT Inc from any claims, damages, liabilities, and reasonable legal fees arising out of: (a) your use of the Service in violation of these Terms; (b) Your Content; or (c) your violation of any third-party right, including any intellectual property or privacy right.

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, abuse the Service, or use it in a way that creates legal or reputational risk for us.

Sections that by their nature should survive termination (ownership, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, governing law) will survive.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of [YOUR JURISDICTION], without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts located in [YOUR JURISDICTION].
